As the guardian of PC that based on Windows Vista Operating System>, USC or User Account Control response to actions that done by an operator. This action will be done if a user do some activities listed below:
- Driver installation for PC hardware
- Installation, Re-installation and de-installation of a program
- Changing UAC configuration
- ActiveX control installation
- File Modifying, deleting, copying, replacing or in windows folder and Program files folder
- User Account configuration changing
- Add or delete User account
- Running program by clicking on Run As administrator
- Change Windows Update configuration
- Change Windows Firewall configuration
- Running task have been scheduled automatically
- Running Windows system Restore to Restore system
- Parental control configuration
- See and change file or folder the other user
- Repairing network connection that require new IP address

These are user activities that will cause Authorization window in Windows Vista based PC. When we do one of the listed activities we will asked to continue or cancel without entering password if the operator is user or administrator. But operator will be asked to insert password if detected not as user or administrator.
