  13. Running Windows system Restore to Restore system

  16. Repairing network connection that require new IP address

These are user activities that will cause Authorization window in Windows Vista based PC. When we do one of the listed activities we will asked to continue or cancel without entering password if the operator is user or administrator. But operator will be asked to insert password if detected not as user or administrator.
