There are some factors that maybe became the problems why page rank did not updated by Google search Google search engine. Here they are:

  2. You place adsense ads too early. This is mean that you place adsense in new website.
  3. You submit your blog into submission that are included with  “no follow”
  4. There are many keywords spamming that accidentally made. They are keyword that irrelevant with contents that you made.
  5. Duplicating the other website content.
  6. You maybe made some invisible link on your website then Google search engine will penalty your website.
  7. You made dynamic content by using some or many query characters
  8. There are many broken links in your website. This is maybe caused by file movement.
  9. Posting too many links in a single post
  10. There are many inbonds with the same word. Google will consider the quality of these inbonds
  11. You submit your URL into various website. It will work worthy for your website when you submit your URL into he relevant sites.

These are some reasons that I pick from http://stason.org/ which cause your site page rank stagnant. So lets avoid them.
