It kicked blog that has been paid by PPP for submitting post. Pay per post TOS also changed some months ago by allowing more blogs to enter the system of Pay per post. To ensure your post included into kicked blogs from Pay Per Post system or not you can check to your email. It may mention “Blog assessment:Not approved” or it also can be like statement below:
