Yes this is something new by Apple beside the hottest news about the price cutting for iPhone device. Claimed by Apple in WWDC that Safari 4 is the fastest browser in the world.
Featured into Safari 4 internet browser is Nitro Engine that make Java Script can be run 4.5 faster than the older version of safari, safari 3. The browser is available for Windows operating system ( Windows XP SP 2 and Windows vista) and Mac operating system (Mac OS X Leopard(R) v10.5.7 or Mac OS X Tiger(R) v10.4.11 ). You can download Safari 4 internet browser by Apple for free but make sure that you PC or MAC are meet the following requirement.

At Apple site we can download Safari 4 for free. Addressed at http://www.apple.com/safari/download/, then install it. When it is running you will see the default of Safari 4 display. Started from the top-left side there are two buttons for go back or go to the latest page. Then button for adding new tab, website address box. Included into the box are refresh rss that will show us the rss of the website addressed on the Box .
On the right corner of safari 4 we will see there is two component that for displaying numerious menus such as show menu bar, hide bookmark bar, show tab bar, customize bar and many others. Lower of this line we can see some component such as component for show the bookmarked sites, Apple website, yahoo site, google map, youtube, wikipedia, news.
