Reported by iclarified.com, that Apple shipped iPhone 3GS with new bootrom called as iBoot-359.3.2 a week ago. With this new bootrom 24kpwn will not able to be exploited to jailbreak iphone. Based on confirmation made by Dev Team member, MuscleNerd iBoot-359.3.2 will make jailbreaking impossible to be done for the time being.
Probably we need to be more patient to wait for Dev Team in finding new software to exploit iPhone 3GS.
This is so surprised news about the newest smartphone that just released by Apple iPhone 3GS. The news come from the master of iphone device jailbreaking, Dev Team Blog. In the site we can see statement mentioned that Exploiting 24Kpwn can be used for jailbreaking iPhone 3GS. This is a surprised news since 24Kpwn present on bootrom of iphone meanwhile we all know that this was used by Hybrid team to jailbreak iPod Tiuch 2G.
Beside by exploiting 24Kpwn, jailbreaking iphone 3GS also can be done by using ultrasnow, but it still not available yet for iPhone 3GS. But Dev Team admit that jailbreaking iPhone 3GS is different with the other devices. However dev team stated that bootrom exploitable with 24Kpwn meanwhile baseband is exploitable with ultrasnow. So just wait for the coming of UltraSnow.
