If we focus the aspect in inbond and outbond aspect which is most important to own more inbond, that assume is suitable. Meanwhile my assume more visit we done more traffic we will get, but it still consider the the comparison of inbond and outbond number(Inbond must bigger that outbond). So it is true that only website with higher pagerank have to be visited???, no I think.
So the jump down of a page rank is more caused by the number of out bond is bigger than inbond.
Then the other aspect which make your page rank jump down is because of you build inbond in a forum, in a website, in a newsletter that which has absolutely different topic with your website. This also will make your website get decrease of page rank.

Update minority has happened again and some of webmaser certainly hoped that this minority update can bring lucky for their online business. On this update I found there is a site of mine that was updated. It has given back pagerank from pagerank zero to three again. This is the third pagerank change that happen to my site. Before this update it changed from three to zero then back to three and some weeks ago it became zero. but what happen, now it come back again with pagerank 3.
This is the fourth or maybe the fiveth update that have done since two months ago. I don’t mean to dislike this update. But this update really make me confuse and anxious. This is because of job rejection that happened to this site as there was pagerank descendance.
This is the bad day of among the days in a week since I already got the bad effect of My pagerank descend . as all of you know that to become a publisher we have to own blog or website with pagerank 2 atleast, even though you can be approved with pagerank 1 and less job. But after there was pagerank Update that happend to most of new website, I can’t get job again.
I have received some jobs before my website pagerank decrease of course I did all of the jobs from paid review. After waiting for a day found that my jobs was rejected . I was surprised since it never done before. After checking out I meet the source of My job refusal. It was caused by My pagerank that jumped down from pagerank 3 become zero.
