This is about the way that you can try in order to keep your readers who come from digg and stumbleupon. This is an easy way as it only need to download plugin, upload it and then activate it. This plugin is called Increase Sociablity  wordpress plugin. The working of this plugin is by showing pop up in either or both sides, before and after your content.

To set The plug in go to your dashboard–> setting–>all in SEO pack then you will face screen which there some part of the screen can you see like the picture below:

To set up this part what need to be changed is blog_title on the Post Title format with the keyword that you want to catch. The change also have to be done by replacing blog_title on Category Title Format with the category that you want. It also good idea to set all of the parts.
